Monty & Josh were consummate professionals throughout the project. There were a couple of challenges along the way. Various options & professional recommendations were presented to us right away.  Pricing was fair.

Replaced wood handrails, pickets and posts with painted wrought iron on front and back porches. Replaced pickets on screen porch and installed cable railing system. Sanded and painted all supporting columns and posts.  C&S was punctual starting and completed project in a timely manner.  We are satisfied with the quality of products used and the craftsmanship of the project. C&S was quick to handle the punch list at end of project. I would hire them again.

Love my remodel, especially kitchen, pantry, bathrooms, bookshelf and flooring and no more popcorn ceiling or textured walls.   Kitchen is so much brighter, love the stain on the cabinets.

We went to the studs and Monty’s crew redid everything from plumbing to electrical to tile and kitchen cabinetry. We got several quotes from various contractors and having never had a project near this scale, Monty gave me the most confidence that he could pull off everything we needed. He also gave us an extremely fair quote. Payments weren’t even needed until work was well underway! Another sign that I could trust him.

I’ve already hired Monty for more work as we’ve realized a few more updates we want added to the house - particularly more custom cabinets. I’m in love with my new kitchen cabinets. Having a builder that could make custom cabinets on top of a handling the home remodel was such a dream come true.

I’ve also recommended a few of his subcontractors to my parents and friends who have needed help with their home projects.

The only thing I would do differently was to take more of his suggestions from the start.

Monty did a great job on our beach house renovation and addition of a master bath suite. He was always easy to get in touch with, which was particularly important as we live four hours away from the site. He was professional and followed up on all the myriad details. He was proactively communicative to let me know when there were issues to be resolved. I was able to trust his subs coming and going, and in his judgment and problem solving.  Our project did go over initial time estimates, but some of that was out of his control — a permitting holdup, damaged deliveries, etc. — each thing set it back.
